University

In Kumamoto, there are many universities. Especially, a big-name school is Kumamoto University, prefectural University of Kumamoto and Kumamoto Gakuen University, and Sojo University. I’m going to introduce about what subject there are in these three universities.

First, I will write about Kumamoto University. This is a barrier school. We can’t enter easily. Kumamoto University is composed of seven departments. There are department of literature, the department of education, the low department, the department of science, the medical department, a pharmaceutical department and the department of engineering.

Next is Prefectural University of Kumamoto. This school is organized three faculties. It is faculty of letter. Students of this subject study about human beings and their lives. It is faculty of Environmental and Symbiotic Sciences. This subject is seeking coexistence between the natural environmental and human activities. Faculty of Administration is gain abilities to solve the problem of modern society.

Third is Kumamoto Gakuen University. This is private school. The campus of this university is large and beautiful. Moreover, the breads of bakery are delicious. This university has four faculties, and is divided into a lot of departments. There are faculty of Commerce, faculty of Economics, faculty of Foreign Language and faculty of Social Welfare.

Last is Sojo University. This university is organized five faculties and thirteen departments. There are faculty of Engineering, faculty of Art, Faculty of Computer and Information sciences, faculty of Biotechnology and Life Science, and faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences. Faculty of Engineering and faculty of Art have added from 2005.

Kumamoto

There are many famous spot in Kumamoto. Many tuorists usually go to there. Not only the sightseeing spot but also water and and the food are delicious. But, I introduse a sightseeing spot of Kimamoto by this essay.

First, I introduse about a bridge with the history. "Tsuujyunkyou" is a stone bridge to send water and it is not a bridge that people go through. The bridge is the biggest in japan. It is peculiar structure to send water to the opposite bank by a pipe. Technical history of arched bridge is admitted with precious remains of an ancient structure, an extremely important building in cultural history .

Next is Kumamoto Castle. It is one of three famous castle in Japan and Kato Kiyomaswa built it. Another name is "ginnancastle" and "karasucatle"
The stone wall form unique a curve and people can't climb it easily. It was called "Mushagaesi".

Third is the Suizennji park . It is the place which represent Kumamoto, the city built on water. It is one of the center of sightseeing for a long time. Official a name is "Suizenjijyoujyuen". In the four saesons, it changes season colors. That beauty heal the mind of human.

The last is the Caldera of Mt. Aso. It is known to the world and is liked as a symbol of "Hinokuni" Kumamoto.

As Mt. Aso has huge a volcano, around the Mt. Aso is blessed with many a hot spring. In Oguni town, many spa gush out such as "a supa of Kurokawa"
